All Done

Well I’m pretty sure I now have the body that I was aiming for. After some pretty intense workouts and a few gallons of “special” juice, I can finally relax for a while and admire my new physique. I know what your thinking, and the answer is yes, I could use a few more inches on my chest but my doctor told me that if I lift another dumbbell in my lifetime I could go into cardiac arrest so I’m just going to have to leave it be for the time being. David Durham was kind enough to take my picture for you all so I hope I have made you all very proud.
